I want to be an anchor on a travel show like there are on ndtvgoodtimes, TLC & Fox Traveller. I don't know how to go about it.

I m 20 years old and I don't know how these anchors get their jobs and this thing really stresses me a lot. I m a mass communication student in Delhi.
