i want to be an engineer ,but confused to choose between software or civil engg. . which field have more scope ?

Software engg. can work in wide varities of areas
And civil engg. get good salary for per project.
So u see, no field can be compared with each others. They have imp. in their own ways.

truly speaking software has more scope in current arena with big giants paying heavily like Google, microsoft, amazon, yahoo,. netapp etc.

With out any doubt go with Civil engineering.IT Sector is already over Crowded and if you didn't Pass out from some good College. you have no other option rather than doing JOB in Call Center or BPO .
