Score is never an issue for this. You can pursue hotel management course from any of the renowned college they provide better Placements opportunities. For this private colleges are better and choice of college will be entirely yours.

    Hello Anurag,
Who said English or any language is a major prerequisite for someone to become an executive chef? As clichéd, as it may sound, but all you have to do is love the art of cooking and be the best at it. To start with, you have to apply for BHM (Bachelors in Hotel Management). It is a four year UG level course that teaches you all the nitty gritty of Hospitality. After that, you can specialize in 'Food and Catering' and become a chef.
A good command over English language is needed everywhere so keep on working on that too. But, don't worry, if you have scored less because it is the marks of the entrance test that are counted.
