I want to be an IPS officer but before that, I want to join army and want to be a para commando. Am I eligible for the same?

I have just passed 12th with 87% from UP board and I want to be graduated as an army officer, then after 5 years of joining, I will join para commando training and after completing the training, I will resign from army duty and will clear the civil exam for be an IPS officer.

Hi Pankaj, For joining Army, you would need to appear for NDA examination. The NDA Exam Eligibility: 1. For Army Wing of NDA Candidate must be 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University 2. For Air Force and
