I want to be Asst.Prof. Mathematics.and I completed B.E.(E.C)2013 passout from GTU. Am I eligible? OR I have to do M.Sc (MATHS)?
SSC -82.15% HSC -70.80% -GSEB -Gujarat
B.E. EC -68.80% 2013passout from Gujarat Technological University.
Experience -3month- (Ad Hoc)Lecturer of EC dept.
Am I have to do B.Sc+M.sc+GUJ SET exam(Sub.-Mathematical Science) to be Asst.Prof. Mathematics in private/Govt. Colleges? Is there other way?

Dear Pruthviraj, for the post which you are looking for, you have to have specialization in respective subject which is mathematics. You need not do B.Sc again! You can do M.Sc directly in Mathematics. All the very best.

For assistant professor in mathematics you must have a valid P.G. degree in Mathematics. As per your information posted in quarry you are not eligible. so do M.Sc. Mathematics first than go for job
