    A collector is one of the most prestigious jobs in India. To become a collector you first have to appear in the civil service exam conducted by UPSC. Any Indian, Nepali, or Bhutanese with a graduation degree in any stream from a government recognized university can give that exam. And your age should be in between 20-30 years but there are some relaxations for category candidates.
