Manju, the course of Company Secretary is divided into 3 stages-
(1) The very first stage is called the Foundation- where you have to study the basics what you studied in 12th commerce like accounts, economics, statistics, business studies and law. Law will be a new subject. In total there will be 4

It consists of three stages known as Foundation,executive,profession courses.Eligibility is to pass intermediate (10+2).
