I want to be professional chef, shall I choose B.Sc. In Hospitality and Catering Services?

I'm a 12th class aspirant and my result will be coming in a month or half from NIOS Board, Eng., Hindi, Geography, Political Sc., And Social Sc. are my main subjects chosen. How can i get admission in IHM Delhi or any good college for such willing of being a chef? I am a Delhi resident. Please guide

Better is selecting a degree in Culinary Science/arts, which is totally based on cooking. Best for one who wants to be a professional chef.
