    My dear candidate, I'm glad to have you. To become a lecturer, you must first complete a master's degree in one of your graduating subjects. In relation to your postgraduate subject, you should also be ready for the national Eligibility Test (NET), which is administered by CSIR-UGC. Whether you wish to work as a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) or PGT depends entirely on your teaching goals ( Post Graduate Tecaher). You must pursue a B.Ed.     Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. If you wish to join as lecturer, first you have to do Masters degree in any one subject of your graduation.     For a lecturer you have to complete M.A. First still if you choose integrated B.A. B.Ed you will still have to pursue M.A. So you can decide your graduation course as per your choice.
