No, flying schools provide placements when it comes to CPL training. You should make a note of it that job hunting is solely the responsibility of the candidate although flying schools in the end come up to take credit for their candidates being shortlisted for some XYZ Airlines. But flying schools have got no role to play in placements or in the selection of the candidate with any airline. Only Cadet Pilot Programmes' conducted by airlines assure a job after the completion of training with their choice of flying schools and aircrafts.
