You need to improve your overall skills like personality, knowledge in the particular field. You are required to be completely focused on your professional development.

You need to practise more. Learn how things go. Try out some you tube channel for getting good skills. Do improve your communication skills as well. Apart from all these, your academic and theoretical knowledge of the CS field is must which you require.
