do not divert your path. make your career in your specific field. nursing is a good field, cos chances of promotion is there, you can go for m.sc. nursing.
after some year of exp. you can apply in abroad.
do something in your own field.
for doctor, you have to clear entrance exam ,or y

As per your query it seems that you are interested in pursuing MBBS so regarding this please remember to be eligible for joining MBBS course one should be 10+2 class pass with PCB as main subjects with atleast 60% marks.

As per your profile, it is not possible to branch off into MBBS with a nursing degree. There is no lateral entry in MBBS. You need to study the whole course and have to get in through merit. You need to take the medical entrance tests.
