Hi,
Well for sitting for IAS, you need to be a graduate from any discipline as UPSC offers to choose optional subjects as per your prior education and field of interest.
As you have written XII, now you can select any course of your choice, provided you possess keen interest and passion for the subject.
Take up a bachelor's degree in any of the commerce/arts/science subjects.
