I want to become a judge. Can you suggest a 5 year LLB course for the same?
I am from commerce stream & want to become a judge. Kindly suggest which course group is better among BA LLb & BBA LLB? Also, what is the process to become a judge?

For becoming a judge, you need to complete your graduation and then a post-graduation in LLM. For 5 years integrated courses of law, you can go for BA+LLB, B.Com + LLB, BBA+LLB.

To become a Judge one must have an LLB/LLM degree. He/She should have been a judge of a High Court for at least 5 years or he/she should have been an advocate of a High Court for 10 years. Apart from these, a person is also eligible if he/she is an exceptional jurist according to the president.
