    Hi,
If you have completed your post-graduation and want to become a lecturer in top universities of India then you should prepare for NET exam. If you are a Science stream graduate then you can attempt in CSIR-NET exam while if you are non-Science stream graduate then there is UGC NET exam for you. This exam is conducted by NTA twice a year, therefore, you can prepare with this exam and can attempt as many times. Check full details of this exam- https://www.shiksha.com/exams/ugc-net

Firstly, you have to do graduation in the subject of which you want to become a lecturer. After graduation, you have to do post-graduation in that same particular subject which you have chosen in your graduation. In post-graduation, your marks should not be less than 55%. After this, you have to crack the NTA NET exam. You may get a job in a college as a lecturer without clearing net exam but you will be offered very less pay as compared to NET cleared candidates. I hope this will help you.
