I want to become a pilot but my +2 marks are low. Is there any other way?

How low marks do you have? PCM in 12th with 50% passing marks is least elibilty for aviation training. State your marks then we would be able to tell better.

You just need to score 50% in class 12th to become eligible for pilot training course. The requirement includes that 12th should be done with PCM.
