If you come from SC/ST/OBC category, then you can apply for freeship from the concerned commission.
They have designed special programmes for such candidates who are financially weak but are mentally strong and show their calibre in pursuing this course.
SBI and PNB have educational loans for CPL training. And other Banks also allow loans for this professional training. Try finding out details from your commission if you come from a reserved category. It shall be helpful.
