You can Go for ICE Oxford which is the most reputed flying school in the world. It has also its branches in India named NFTI, Mumbai.

You will cost around 25 lakh - 40 lakh during training and yes, it is equipped with most advanced training kits, and there is no scholarship for this course at any institutes in India.
