I want to become a scientist of Physics. What exams should I give?

Hello teachers, I am a class 12 Science student. I am very confused about my career. I don't know what exams I need to give after 12th. I am very confused that what should I opt B.Sc, B.Tech or B.E.I am concerned about my dream of discovering something that changes the world, as well as my earnings.
