I want to become a solicitor. Can you tell me the procedure for the same?

I am law graduate student and now I am practicing as a lawyer at district court.

    Hi Sevak,
    To become a solicitor, a candidate has to complete three years of clerkship with a senior solicitor registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and then pass the solicitor's examination conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.Solicitors registered with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society are recognised by the Supreme Court of India. One may join as a junior in a solicitors firm during the article ship, or while doing the law course.
