I want to become an IAS officer & an actor afterwards. Is it possible and permitted by the concerned government?

    If you want to become an actor, then why you want to prepare for civil? If you want to become an IAS just for money and power, then I would suggest you to go for acting instead of IAS because you don't have real passion to become an IAS.
    If you have real passion and you want to become an IAS for the social development, then you will really love your job.
