i want to become an ias officer but my iq level is not so extraordinary. what should i do to enhance my iq ?

i am a bsc first year student in chemistry studying in Delhi university.I want at the same time to prepare for upsc exams .please suggest some points so that i can mould myself to face interviews and tackle all difficult stuffs like from aptitude to comprehension skills as i am passionate .
