Yes Diljit doing B.Sc. is a good option in case your target is UPSC exams. However you need to be very clear about the subject you intend to choose for your UPSC mains in case you clear your prelims. Be focused on that subject and prepare in that from all angles.

If your aim is Civil Services, B Sc is not a bad option at all. In the mean time you can prepare concurrently for Civil Services as well Read Newspapers and Current affairs magazines and update your current affairs. Visit www.onestopias.com and UPSC web portal as well
