ok now u completed ur 10. soo next u will do 2 years intermediate in arts stream. after that u have to do degree 3 years from any recognised college. Then at the age of 22 u have to write civil services exam conducted by upsc which has 3 steps- Then after qualifying ur exam acc to ur rank first 200
