Hi Kushal, There are 2 types of eligibility to get selected for IPS. First is the eligibility to appear for IPS Exam and 2nd is to be eligible for the physical test once you clear the exam. - First you should be at least 21 yrs of age and not more than 30 yrs to appear for the exam. - You must possess a Graduation degree from a University which comes under UGC. - candidates who are awaiting their final year exams results can also apply. - Must be an Indian Citizen. - Minimum height of 165 cm for Men and 150 cm for Women - Total amount of Myopia (including the cylinder) should not exceed minus 4.00 D and total amount of Hypermetropia (including the cylinder) should not exceed plus 4.00 D - Presence of Squint is a disqualification I hope this answers your query.
