I want to build my career in HR and I don't have a Masters degree in it. How can I start my career in the same?

It would not matter (i.e. your degree issue) even if you are a graduate in any other subject. The important point is that you need to have a flair for personnel management and good communicative ability and should enjoy solving problems related to human working. So, you may go ahead for a career in
