I want to change my board from CBSE to pseb now in July 2019. Sir/mam please suggest me full procedure to change my board. I.

I pass my 11 standard in CBSE with only 44% Mark's.

If you have to get admission into class 12th, then simply change your school and obtain the migration certificate. But word of advice, state boards are the toughest and do not play with that for your class 12th class. If you want to take advantage of some reservation like domicile then simply change

If you are pursuing your class 12th right, then it is not possible. But, if you aren't then you can, you've to get a migration certificate from CBSE and submit it to PSEB.
