I want to change my branch, is it possible to get the desired group in the 2nd phase?

I've got 1452 rank in AUEET & got a seat in the 1st phase.

    You can change your branch if you did not freeze/locked your choice. If you have already locked it then you cannot change the branch in phase 2.
