I want to change my college in the 2nd year of BE, can I?
I am studying at Kanchi University and want to change my college to my native town, is it possible? Can I continue there from the second year?

You can change the college only if the college in which you are seeking admission has lateral entry admission. So, firstly check with the university and after that take necessary action.
