I want to change my field from HR to Finance. I completed my MBA in Fin + Hr but i placed through college in field of HR COMPLETED 10 MONTH.

Since u have a dual degree, u have an edge, and its been just 10 months u r in the feild of HR. u still remember the mba basics u have studied and u r still fresh. change ur job immediately within 6 months as if u complete 2 years in Hr field then whole life u wud have to do that.
