I want to change my mid-life career from DBA Tech lead to management. What are options left with me?
I'm a BE in Computer Science & engineering with 13 years of IT experience. All my experience is into DB2 Database Administration. I grew from Trainee DBA to Tech Lead (DBA). Now I wish to move higher in the ladder.

DBA always has been a good career choice but people generally don't come to DBA.
If you are a SQL guy then I would suggest go for Oracle too. If both the answer yes then you may think about BI.
