No, NTA has notified language-wise exam city demarcation. Regional languages are restricted by geographical boundaries. Hence, if you want to choose Marathi as the medium of examination, you will have to choose a NEET test centre in Maharashtra or other Marathi speaking states such as Goa or Gujarat
