I want to clear and study computer science and engineering in IIT. Please explain what to read after 10th class.explain the courses.

Phy. section is special in IIT always so focus on the all three subject very well Clear all concept study min. 6 hours a day take rest in every 2 hours

Studying CS or IT from IIT means you have to crack JEE and that too with a really good rank. So first step after 10th is to get into Science stream with PCM or PCMB. Focus on your Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and get your basics cleared importantly.
