I want to clear my CAT exam. How much do I need to score in CAT to get admission in IIMS or FMS?

I have got 84% in 10th and 74% in 12th and I don't have any job experience. I am currently in my pre final year of B.Tech CSE. I have maintained 76% marks in all semesters.
