I want to complete my M.Com arrear for 2012 how to apply for it.

    Hi,
    There is literally a very wide gap as you have arrears for 2012 and now it is 2023 it is seriously not possible for you to apply for it and complete it. If you want to study then apply for a new course in August 2023.
