I want to complete my MBA without attending classes. Can I study while doing a job?

You can try for distance MBA option. Although, this will get you the degree. But, in the corporate world, it is not valued that much. Companies do look for full time in campus MBA graduates.

For regular MBA, you have to do full time on campus. Or, you may try to get a study leave for at least 1 year from your company and complete the 1 year full time MBA programme offered by some colleges.
