I want to complete my TY of BBA through distance learning but my college says there's no option. What can I do now?

If you are in 3rd you should wait for a year if you are not doing any job but if you are doing job then you should apply for NOC Certificate that college gas not any problem in allowing me distance education as I am doing job.
