I want to complete my TYBcom for which I did not appear in the year 2003. But I have completed my FYBCOM and SYBCOM with no ATKT's in 2002.
Can I complete my TYBcom in 2021-22 with these old marksheets of FYBCOM and SYBCOM 2001-2002.

You have to reappear in fresh B.Com. No matter old one was cleared or not college will cancel your admission when you are became inactive.
