I want to complete Ph.D or NET or SLET to be eligible for a degree college's professor, can you please guide me?

Hello Husensab, There are some criteria in education field, if you are done with your Master’s degree, then surely you are eligible for work as assistant professor in some private colleges. But, when you are clear competitive exams like NET/SLET, you are eligible to work as an assistant professor in private and Government College, depends upon it’s vacancy and work experience. After clearing NET with some years of work experience, you are eligible for assistant professor in government colleges. Ph.D is mandatory for professor level. All the Best for your future.
