i want to continue my b.com from haryana presently iam in rajasthan from khandelwal university can i migrate my university????????????

i think that you must receive the permission of the vice-chancellor first and you have to clear such of the exams which have not been taken up in the earlier university.rules may from one university to the other.please,check beforehand.

Generally, inter-state migration is not permitted. My advice is continue and finish from Rajasthan. Shree Khandelwal Vaish PG Mahavidyalaya is not bad.
