I want to crack mba.so i'm a bit confused on whether i should opt for bca or be?

I want to crack mba.......so i'm a bit confused on whether i should opt for BE or BCA course....which one is better? I'm getting bca( mca integrated course) from a reputed college. if i take up this course n opt for mba so will it affect my job and mba degree? n is mbaIT a gud option to opt for?
