I want to discontinue B.Tech in CSE. I want to pursue some other course from a decent university in Europe. What are my chances?

Can I get admission in any university in Europe of any course apart from engineering with 3 years of age gap (my age is now is 21)? I am looking for some genuine answers.

Most of the good Universities in Europe doesn't want to take students with education gap. So, it is really good, if you continue your engineering. And, once you are done with it, you can apply for PG in good universities of Europe. If you drop out from a college it would be really difficult for you
