I want to do a B.Tech degree in CSE or CS from Delhi. Can I get the best colleges in Delhi, like NSUT?

Your rank of 171,338 is far higher than NSUT as there cutoff for CSE are in between 7000-8000.
Colleges such as University School of Information, Communications & Technology (USICT – DU), IT & Technology in DTU/NSUT quota, or lesser-known Delhi-affiliated colleges may consider ranks in the 20,000–250,000 range, particularly in branches like Software, IT, Electronics etc.

Private Institutes under Delhi University / IGNOU
