I want to do a Bachelor's degree in engineering from France. Is it possible to get a reputed university with 70% in HSC?
I would also like to know about the fee waivers and scholarships provided.

Possibilities are there with 70%. You have to check the individual university websites and learn about the eligibility criteria. As part of the Campus France campaign many scholarship, funding and post study work options are available especially for Indian students. Knowledge of French
