If you are failing in commerce, then probably you don't have an interest in the same. Try taking humanities. That way you will be able to complete your schooling first. And remember one thing to do anything in life a good amount of labour is always and always required. There is no shortcut to hard work and thus success. You should be knowing what you actually want to do in your life. First identify this and then proceed ahead. If not academics then probably entrepreneurship might sit you.

First, find out your interest (I mean field) computer, technical, literature or anything you like and do some online research and find a course relevant to it. For example, if you are interested in coming, then grab c language course, if you are interested in cooking, then grab some HM course. You will get number of certified course available. First, you need to discover your interest.
