I want to do a course in Counselling. Please provide with some info.

I have done my MBA in Human Resources and currently I am working with an organization that is into Financial Services. I have an approximate exprnc of 1 yr. Now moving forward in my career I am interested to move towards counselling as a field of expertise. Please suggest me if its the right move
