I want to do a course in Soft skills and train the trainers course to start as freelancer to start my own venture. How i can go about it??

I am MBA finance professional working with private bank, have passion for soft skills, voice modulation, accent trainings and want to start a consultancy. Please suggest me some of the courses which i can take up to enhance my skills. Thanks in advance.
