I want to do a cybersecurity course but can't manage the fee, can't I do all of that from home or does the certificate matters?

Cyber security certificate values a lot if you want to pursue a career in cyber security in future. But you can first learn ethical hacking and when you are confident enough that you have cleared your basics, apply for the test and get the certificate.
