I want to do a diploma in fashion designing alongside my ful time graduation.. are there courses available for a few months in delhi?

I am a student of mass communication i n Delhi. I think doing a short term course in fashion designing will open more opportunities in my future. i do not know which colleges or institues provide such short term courses,.. also please advise me if doing such a course will really help me...
