I want to do a diploma related to Communications which should be affiliated to UGC/NAAC for one year. can you please suggest something?

I pursued Biochemistry as majors in BSc from St.Xaviers,Ahmedabad. And now I'm looking forward to do MS in communication management from USA. So, to get the 12+4 I'm looking for some diploma course related to Communication. But It'd be either affiliated to UGC or offered from some distinguished Uni.
